• Work 30 – 37 hours per week.

• Be creative and have a passion for color and design.
• Flexible about when they work, cover store opening hours, including days, evening, weekends, and public holidays.
• At least ONE YEAR’S RETAIL EXPERIENCE.

Job Description

• Your role will mainly be based in our balloon department.
• Manage our social media pages i.e. Instagram and Facebook.
• Update our website, training will be provided.
• Whilst you will have a core role, you may be asked to support your colleagues by helping in other departments.
• Assisting customers on the shop floor and helping at the checkouts.
• Merchandising stock and displaying goods and being responsible in our balloon section.
• Weekly orders from different suppliers.
• Maintain a positive attitude throughout periods of change and is professional in all work situations.
• General cleaning duties for the upkeep of the store.

You Will Need

• To Provide excellent service and attention to customers when face-to-face or through phone conversations.
• Follow all company policies and adhere to Health and Safety routines.
• You must be punctual, smart and tidy at all times.
