Gifts 'n' Things is an Irish Owned Family run business in Carrickmacross.
We are located in the centre of Main Street in the busy Market Town of Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan.
We offer our customers a wide range of choice and value, we sell Cards, Confectionery, Stationery , Household goods, Pet Supplies, Party Supplies, Cleaning Products, Toiletries, Tools/diy, Toys, Fancy goods, Haircare and more.
We are a one-stop-shop for seasonal products such as Easter, Back to School, Halloween, Christmas and Gardening offering our customers the best value for everything seasonal. We also bulk buy many ‘clearance’ and ‘end of line’ products meaning we can pass on great savings to our customers.
The shop is in the centre of Main Street so easily accessible and you can also park your car in the free car park and enter the shop to the rear.
Our History
Gifts n things has been trading in carrickmacross since 1992. The first Gift ‘n’ Things opened in O’Duffy Centre in November 1992. It was about 800sq feet in size.
The business thrived and we outgrew the small space and in May 2010 we moved across the road to the old Chartbusters building which gave us 2500sq feet of shop space.
In 2021 we were on the move again to the building that used to be the Fiddlers, opening a new shop on 4th/11th November. It is about 3 times the size of the last shop so we are very excited about this new venture.
